Protek Pipes is a supplier of seamless steel pipes and tubes for industrial projects. We work with carbon steel, alloy steel and stainless steel in a range of sizes, schedules and standards, including ASTM A106, ASTM A53, API 5L, ASTM A312, ASTM A335, ASTM A192 and ASTM A213.

Ask usWhat is seamless steel pipe?
Seamless steel pipe is made from a solid billet that is heated, pierced and rolled into a hollow section, so there is no weld seam. This gives uniform strength around the pipe and makes it the preferred choice for high pressure, high temperature and critical service.
What is the difference between seamless and welded pipe?
Welded pipe is formed from plate or coil and joined along a seam, while seamless pipe has no seam. Seamless pipe is generally used where pressure, temperature or safety requirements are higher.
Which standards and grades do you supply?
Common standards include ASTM A106, A53, A312, A335, A192, A179, A213, A519 and API 5L. If you need another grade, send us the specification and we will check availability.
Can you cut pipes to length or supply special sizes?
Yes. We can cut and bevel to your requirement and source special or heavy wall sizes on request.
Do you provide mill test certificates?
Mill test certificates and other inspection documents can be provided on request. Please mention your requirements when you enquire.
